I have been away this week and didn't get to do the challenge (I know, this is a "do anywhere" activity, but it was a choice between snorkelling with turtles, kayaking, and then ziplining through the Daintree Rainforest...). Anyway, I still wanted to post, so hope it is OK to post an earlier leaf design.
Your design is pretty, particularly like the Borbz and Roel I think I would have opted for the turtles also. The zip line thing, not so much.
